This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs how the Luno API service (“Service”) collects, uses and protects the information you provide while using it. By using the Service you confirm your consent to this Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, you must stop using the Service.
2. Information We Collect
The Service may collect the following types of data: • account identifiers (Telegram ID, login, API key references); • technical information (IP address, browser, device and operating system data); • your history of interaction with the Service (request metadata such as timestamps, model used and token counts). The Service does not require you to provide passport data, documents, photographs or any other personal information beyond the minimum necessary to operate. We do not persistently store the content of your prompts or model responses.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information collected solely to: • operate and maintain the Service functionality; • communicate with you (including notifications and support); • process payments and prevent abuse; • analyze and improve the Service.
4. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We disclose collected data to third parties only when: • required by applicable law; • necessary to fulfill our obligations to you (for example, transmitting requests to AI model providers or working with payment systems); • you have given your explicit consent. When your requests are forwarded to third-party model providers, their respective privacy policies apply to that processing.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but do not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

You understand and agree that transmitting information over the internet always involves risk. We are not liable for the loss, theft or disclosure of data where this occurred through the fault of third parties or of the User.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may amend the terms of this Policy. Material changes will be announced through our Telegram channel. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new version of the Policy.
